"I got scammed and this bank only refunded me one of the fraud from the same scammer, which doesn't make sense. I'm also unable to access my account as their app is not working. Very annoyed and disappointed!"

"If you have another option, do not choose it. It works, but if you need to talk to someone, it's simply impossible. First, I had a free account with them. I closed and I'm in the process of opening a new paid one, because with the free version I was allowed only to speak with chatbot (stupid as most of them), with all their paid versions you may talk to someone if you need to. Now, I sent them all my documents and data to open a new account and when I open the app it says it's "verifying my ID". It's been like that for a week now. So, you need to transpose all this anxiety and stress creators elements in order to be able to enjoy their services. They're definitely overwhelmed."

"Beware they can close your account without notice and steal your money without replying to emails and calls. Update after reply: I received an email with a closing date for my account: date was not honoured and account was closed days before leaving me stuck abroad with the card not working. Also I was asked to provide bank details to transfer any remaining funds. After multiple emails over the period of TWO MONTHS no reply was given and nothing was transferred. Stay away from this scam."
